Tony Devenish represents the Knightsbridge & Belgravia ward on Westminster City Council.

Between 2016 and 2024, Tony represented West Central on the Greater London Authority which includes Westminster. 

As a GLA Member, Tony held the Mayor of London to account on policing, transport, housing and our environment. He was a Member of the Police & Crime Committee which holds the Mayor and Met Commissioner to account on law and order across London.

He was Chairman of Planning for London (2016-17) and Regeneration (2018 to 2021) before serving as the Deputy Chairman of both the Environment and Housing Committees. You can find out more about Tony's work on the Greater London Assembly via his website.

Before entering politics, Tony had a long career in infrastructure and property - including being one of Rolls-Royce's youngest overseas General Managers.
