Tim Mitchell has lived and worked in Westminster for over 35 years and is a self-employed computer consultant. He was first elected to Westminster City Council in May 1998 and has represented St. James’s since May 2002.

An active member of the St James's area community, he serves on the committees of several local groups including the Abbey Community Centre and the Westminster Society.

He has experience in every part of the Council. Presently, Tim leads for the Conservative Group on City Management and Policy & Scrutiny. He serves on the Climate Action, Environment and Highways Policy & Scrutiny Committee and the Licensing Committee.
