Jim Glen

Jim has lived in Pimlico for 25 years and was elected to the Council to represent Tachbrook Ward in 2018.  He is currently Deputy Cabinet Member for Housing Services. He is also Westminster’s ‘Cycling Champion' promoting the health, air quality and climate change advantages of responsible cycling to all residents, even those who do not currently cycle themselves. He sits on the Planning and the Licensing Committees and chairs a planning subcommittee.

Jim is vice chair of Governors of a local primary school, treasurer of his local Church, a trustee of the Westminster Alms houses and of the Westminster Trees Trust. Most of his spare time is devoted to cooking, mainly for the three teenagers still living at home.

David lives in Vincent Square Ward. Elected in 2010, he works to make life better for local residents and businesses and to preserve our area’s distinct character. He always pushes for Council services to be high quality, value for money and helpful.

Elizabeth Hitchcock

Elizabeth has lived in London for the past 28 years and in Westminster for the past 13 years. She is the mother of four sons, currently working part-time for a Conservative Cabinet Minister and is a trustee of a Westminster-based youth club.

Tim Mitchell has lived and worked in Westminster for nearly 30 years and is a self-employed computer consultant. An active member of the St James's area community, he serves on the committees of several local groups including Covent Garden’s Jubilee Hall Trust and the Abbey Community Centre.
