Conservative run Westminster is making our roads safer and greener by planning to introduce a City-wide 20mph speed limit. ​

Join us for Silver Sunday Tea Dance

EV Charging Points in Marylebone

There are now 58 Ubitricity lamp column electric charging points in the Low Emission Neighbourhood, which is an increase from 27 in April. 

New charge points are going live into the following streets this month:

3D Zebra Crossing in Marylebone

After many complaints from local people and St Vincent School about the difficulty in crossing Manchester and Blandford Streets, we asked the Council to install a 3D crossing on the junction. 

This is the third 3D crossing in Westminster, which the Council is piloting.  

New bike hanger installed

The first bike hanger in Vincent Square Ward has been installed at the junction of Erasmus Street and Marsham Street. If the hangar proves popular with local people, additional locations will be considered.

Council Trials Electric Bin Lorries

In a London-first, Conservative-led Westminster City Council is trialling two electric powered waste collection vehicles over the next two years.
