The truth about Westminster's waste collections!

We spoke with Cllr James Spencer earlier today. James explains 

Conservative-run Westminster Council is committed to maintaining a minimum three weekly waste collection service. 

Any reports to the contrary are absolutely and categorically untrue. 

In Westminster, we have the best waste collection service in the country. This includes our fantastic new food waste collection service. 

All for the lowest council tax in the UK.
