Councillor for St James's Ward

Mark Shearer is a Chartered Surveyor by trade. He also co-founded a social enterprise which enables businesses to connect with and fund charities / community projects. 

Mark was first elected to Westminster Council in May 2018. Having been deputy cabinet member for City Management and the Armed Forces lead, Mark currently sits on the major planing committee. Mark is determined to improve the lives of everyone living in St James’s.
