Local residents using Westminster libraries have said they are happier than ever with the service they are getting from Conservative Westminster Council. In a survey of residents, there was a massive 89 per cent satisfaction rating, which is an increase on last year. And local users of Westminster's Libraries are now be able to enjoy new services such as ebooks, magazines and downloadable audiobooks on tablet devices and mobile phones.
Cllr Steve Summers said: "Councils up and down the country are neglecting and closing libraries. Conservative Westminster is protecting them with better upgraded facilities, new books and services like business information points to help create local jobs for local people. All whilst freezing your council tax for the sixth year running, making it the lowest Council tax in the country."
