To all those who follow the Jewish faith, Two Cities MP Nickie Aiken has filmed this video message, wishing everyone a Happy Festive period but lamenting the fact that for the second year in a row Passover is to be celebrated once more under lockdown conditions.

She looks forward to celebrating with friends in the future with the rollout of the vaccine and the promise that it brings.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all my Jewish friends, neighbours, and constituents a happy Passover.

I know it's a very important festival within the Jewish faith as you mark the exodus out of Egypt and freedom out of slavery.

And I know that it won't be the same celebrations as you're used to as we celebrate the second Passover in lockdown.

But there is hope now with the vaccine programme as we're coming out of restrictions.

And I hope you can manage to have some celebrations whether it's on Zoom or with your family at held households in person.

So I wish you all a healthy and safe Passover.
