GotoMeeting Virtual Meetings

We use GotoMeeting for our virtual meetings.

You can join any virtual meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone, and you will be emailed a unique weblink for that.

When you click on the link, you will have the choice to download the Gotomeeting app (if you have not used it before) before clicking Join My Meeting.

If you are using the Google Chrome Browser you can simply click Join Meeting in Browser, to participate without installing any software.

You can also dial in using your phone.

Whichever telephone number you dial, you will be asked for the meeting access code. This will be shared with you by the meeting organiser.

If you are calling in, you should mute your phone by pressing 1# and unmute using 1# - this makes it easier for other people to hear you.
