Thursday 17th October: Warwick Political Lunch: Life of a SpAd with Salma Shah
The Chairman and Committee of Warwick Ward Conservatives invite you to join Salma Shah for a Political Lunch at a private home ten minutes walk from the Palace of Westminster.
Salma Shah was Special Adviser to the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, from 2018-19. She was responsible for strategy and communication across the Department. She has served in Government from May 2014, in the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport; the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills; and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
Prior to this Salma was a journalist at the BBC, producing the Today programme on Radio 4.
Salma is currently consulting, helping companies and individuals with communications and strategy. And occasionally appears on media as a pundit on all matters Westminster.
She has been an active member of the Conservative Party and loves nothing more than a Tory fundraising raffle!
Tickets, including a two course lunch, prosecco and soft drinks are £35 per person. A limited number of tickets at £20 each are available for CLWCA Young Conservatives.
