Monday 18th May: CPF Conservative Policy Forum: “Environment and Animal Welfare”
“In the UK, we have built a very special market for food based on provenance with particular attention to food safety and animal welfare standards and we will not jeopardise that through trade deals in the future.” (Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, The Rt Hon George Eustice MP)
The meeting will take the form of a roundtable discussion, based on a discussion paper which can be found here.
The Chairman of the meeting will share a summary of the points raised with the central party.
The meeting will start at 7pm. We will be using GoToMeeting for the Discussion. You do not need to have an account. We will send out a link to all those who have registered. You will be able to join by video from a desktop, laptop or tablet; on a smartphone or (audio only) via a landline.
This event is free of charge for Conservative Party Members but any donations in these difficult times would be greatly appreciated.
Please note: one of the benefits of Conservative Party membership is participation in the CPF. This meeting is only open to current members of the Cities of London & Westminster Conservative Association.
